I absolutely loved this hotel, everything was perfect. the location was great, right in the heart of a beautiful area with lots of things to see and do here. Secondly, the service was fantastic with staff always ready to help me with whatever I needed. The room service, in particular, was excellent with 24-hour service available. Thirdly, the staff at reception were incredibly helpful and made my visit even more enjoyable. Lastly, the spa and wellness centre were amazing, and the indoor swimming pool and sauna were a great way to relax after a long day.
I would highly recommend this hotel for families as it is a great place for everyone to enjoy.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist with any requests or questions. The location of the hotel was ideal, with both the tram and metro stations just a short walk away, making it easy to explore all the downtown tourist attractions. Another advantage was the delicious breakfast spread, with tasty treats like omelettes made to order and a variety of sweets and pastries to indulge in.
